Policy
Terms of Service
Last updated October 26, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Stronglight Media LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Stronglight Media,” “we,” “us”). They cover stronglightmedia.com, our Content Factory tools (thumbnails, scripts, articles, captions, posts and the Desk), Command Center, and anything you buy for them. By using the site or tools, or buying tokens, a plan or pay as you go, you agree to them.
The short version. Tokens you buy in a pack never expire. Monthly plans renew each month until you cancel, you can cancel any time and keep the month you paid for, and a plan’s tokens don’t roll over. If something goes wrong, email hello@stronglightmedia.com before going to your bank: our refund policy is below. You’re responsible for what you publish. In Command Center, the workspace owner is responsible for the people they invite and for every post scheduled or approved there.
If you hire us for agency work under a written agreement, that agreement governs the work, and wins where it differs from these terms.
Who can use the tools
You must be at least 18 and able to make a binding contract. If you use the tools for a company or organization, you confirm you’re allowed to accept these terms for it.
Your code
You log in to Content Factory with a code. A token code is your balance and your account: anyone who has it can use its tokens, or run up a bill on a code that’s billed monthly. Keep it private. We aren’t responsible for tokens used by someone who has your code, but tell us right away if it’s lost or shared and we’ll help protect what’s left. If you lose your code, email us from the address you paid with.
Access codes we give clients are for that client’s own team. We may turn off any code that’s shared publicly or misused.
Tokens and prices
The tools are paid for with tokens. A token costs $0.25. For example, a Best quality thumbnail takes 4 tokens ($1), a Fast draft 1 token, and a video script or article 2 tokens. Each tool shows what an action costs, and changing a result costs the same as making it. If a request fails or nothing comes back, no tokens are taken.
Prices are in US dollars. If we ever have to collect sales tax, it will be shown before you pay. We may change prices and token costs for the future; a change never takes away tokens you already have.
Token packs
| Pack | Price |
|---|---|
| 20 tokens | $5 |
| 48 tokens | $12 |
| 120 tokens | $30 |
A pack is a one-time purchase. Its tokens never expire. If you pay by card, a card processing fee (currently 3%) is added and shown as its own line before you pay. Paying from a US bank account has no fee.
Monthly plans
| Plan | Tokens each month | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | 36 | $9 a month |
| Creator | 116 | $29 a month |
| Studio | 276 | $69 a month |
- A plan is charged to your card when you sign up and again each month on the same date, until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize these charges.
- Your tokens refill at each renewal. A plan’s unused tokens don’t roll over to the next month. Plan tokens are used before any pack tokens on the same code.
- Cancel any time with Manage plan. You keep your tokens until the end of the month you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
- If a renewal payment fails, the plan’s tokens stop working until it’s paid.
- We won’t raise the price of a plan you’re on without telling you by email at least 30 days ahead, so you can cancel first.
Pay as you go
- No monthly fee and no token limit. You save a card or US bank account with Stripe, and nothing is charged when you sign up.
- On the 1st of each month, we charge that payment method for the tokens you used the month before, at $0.25 a token. If your unbilled use reaches $100 before the 1st, we bill it then. By signing up, you authorize these charges.
- You can stop at any time: stop using the code, or email us to close it and remove the saved payment method. Any use not yet billed is billed on your last statement.
Codes billed monthly
Some clients have a code billed monthly by arrangement with us. The price per token, any monthly limit and any flat monthly fee are agreed with you and shown on your billing page. Each month’s statement is a Stripe invoice sent on the 1st. If you’ve saved a payment method, it’s charged automatically, which you authorize when you save it. Otherwise the invoice is due within 14 days. If a bill goes unpaid, we may pause the code until it’s paid.
Refunds and cancellations
If something isn’t right, email hello@stronglightmedia.com with your code and the email address you paid with. We answer within 2 business days.
- Token packs: within 30 days of buying, we refund the tokens you haven’t used. After 30 days, packs aren’t refundable.
- Monthly plans: cancel any time and keep the month you paid for. We don’t refund part of a month. If a plan renews and you write to us within 7 days, before using any of that month’s tokens, we refund that renewal.
- Pay as you go and codes billed monthly: you’re only billed for what you used, so there’s nothing to refund unless we made a mistake.
- Results you don’t like: every try costs us real money, so tokens spent on a result you don’t like aren’t refunded. If a tool clearly broke (for example, a blank or garbled result that still took tokens), tell us and we’ll give the tokens back.
- Our mistakes: a double charge, a charge you didn’t authorize, or a billing error is always refunded in full.
- If we stop offering the tools for good, we refund the tokens left in your packs, and plans stop renewing.
Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, through Stripe, and usually show up within 5 to 10 business days. A refund includes the matching share of any card fee. The tokens a refund pays back are removed from your code.
Before you dispute a charge with your bank, please contact us: we can almost always fix it faster. While a dispute is open, the code it involves is paused.
Acceptable use
You’re responsible for what you make with the tools and what you publish. Don’t use them to:
- break the law, or help someone else break it;
- defame anyone, or make fake material meant to make people believe a real person said or did something they didn’t (commentary, satire and clearly illustrative thumbnails are fine);
- make sexual content of real people, or any content that sexualizes minors;
- harass or threaten anyone, or encourage violence;
- mislead voters about when, where or how to vote, or pose as a candidate, campaign, official or news outlet to deceive people;
- infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy or right of publicity;
- break Google’s prohibited use policy for the service the tools run on;
- share or resell your code publicly, or get around the tools’ limits, codes or payments, or overload, probe or scrape the site. Automated access is only allowed through the Desk’s lead feed, with a key we gave you;
- in Command Center, upload files you have no right to use or that contain malware, try to open another workspace’s data, or use approval links or sign-ins that weren’t given to you;
- buy or fake followers, likes or comments, run engagement bots, or use automation a network doesn’t allow, on any network you connect.
You’re also responsible for any disclaimer the law or a platform requires on what you publish, such as a “paid for by” notice on political content.
We may refuse a request, pause a code or end your access if you break these rules. If we do, we don’t refund tokens already used, and we won’t refund anything if the code was used for fraud or illegal content.
Your content
You keep your rights in what you upload and what you make. You let us store, process and send it to the companies that run the tools, only as needed to provide them (see our privacy policy).
Results are made by software and may be similar to what others get, and the law may not treat them as protected by copyright. We don’t promise a result is unique or free of other people’s rights. The tools can also get things wrong, including names, quotes and numbers, so check everything before you publish it.
The photos, logos and places in our library belong to their owners. Many are in the public domain; some are under Creative Commons licenses that require credit, which we show with the picture. Use logos to identify their owners in news and commentary, never to suggest an endorsement. Some government seals, such as the Presidential Seal, have legal limits on how they can be used.
Command Center
Command Center is our invite-only workspace for creators and their teams, at commandcenter.stronglightmedia.com. You can use it by invitation, under these terms and any written agreement or invoice we give you for it. Its price is by arrangement with us. Content Factory tools you open from it are paid for with tokens, as described above.
Workspaces and people
- A workspace belongs to its owner. The owner is responsible for it: for the people they invite (team members and client logins), for the roles and client access they choose, and for everything done in it.
- You must have the right to put your clients’ names and details into it, and to show a client’s posts to the people you invite for that client.
- Keep sign-ins private. An approval link works for anyone who has it, so send each one only to the person it is meant for. We aren’t responsible for what someone does with a link or sign-in you gave out. Tell us right away if one is lost or misused.
- The people you invite must follow these terms.
Posts and publishing
- You are responsible for everything you schedule, approve or publish: your right to use its pictures, video, music and words, and any disclosure a law or a network requires, such as a sponsorship (“#ad”) label. A team member’s or client’s approval doesn’t move that responsibility to us.
- Command Center publishes by itself only to networks where it is set up to, only posts that are scheduled and (where approval is required) approved, and only while your workspace’s auto-post switch is on. For other networks it reminds you to post by hand.
- We try to publish on time, but a network can refuse, delay or limit a post. When that happens we mark the post and tell you. We don’t promise that any network connection will keep working.
Connected accounts and other companies’ rules
When you connect an account, you confirm it is yours or you are allowed to use it, and you agree to follow that network’s terms and policies. If you connect a YouTube channel, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google handles your information under the Google Privacy Policy. You can disconnect any account at any time, and revoke access in the network’s own settings (for Google, your Google account permissions page).
Your data in Command Center
You keep your rights in everything you put into a workspace. You let us store and process it, and send it to the networks you ask us to publish to, only as needed to run Command Center. You can download all of it or erase it at any time from the Connections page. When a workspace is closed we delete its data. We don’t use it for advertising or to train AI models (see our privacy policy).
Our service
We may change, add or remove tools and features. Command Center also depends on other companies’ networks and services, which can change or stop without notice. We work to keep everything running, but we can’t promise the tools will always be available, fast or error-free, and daily limits apply to protect the service.
To the fullest extent the law allows, the site and tools are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or harm to reputation. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
If someone makes a claim against us because of what you made or published with the tools, or because you broke these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of that claim.
Ending
You can stop using the tools at any time; to end a plan or pay as you go, see above. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, or if we stop offering the tools (see refunds). We may pause a Command Center workspace that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk. To close a workspace, email us; we delete its data (see our privacy policy).
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, where Stronglight Media LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. We’ll post the new version here and change the date at the top, and tell customers with a plan, pay as you go or a monthly bill by email about any change that matters to them. Changes apply from when they’re posted and never reach back to purchases you already made. If you keep using the tools after a change, you accept the new terms.
